Re: Gently exfoliating with raw honey and a microfiber cloth. by Mags on Wed Oct 19, 2011 3:55 am
Hi
Where can you get the raw honey or were do you get it. The honey I found at the health food store-has local honey, raw honey, But called Alfafa Honey etc. And also the cocoanut oil?
Thanks Mags

Hi Seren,
I noticed my skin looks worse when I'm tired, or didn't sleep well. I'm sure our level of "fatigue" has an impact on it.
Take care

Just another thought......if my skin seems to be better after sleep.....could this perhaps be linked to the darkness or lack of stress? Hmmmmm

Day 5 on the meds. P&P's appear to be reducing in numbers. Only 2-3 in the last 5 days. Skin feels smooth but then dries out quite a bit. Slight tingling after about 3 mins after putting on the Finacea but it goes away quickly. Best results are over night. Apply finacea and then go to bed. Wake up and although skin is slightly dry, the redness is starting to reduce slightly. During day, still very red. Finacea goes on nicely but because it dries my skin out I need to moisturise to go to work. This makes my skin quite red again :-(. However, apart from the few bumps and the left over scabs from previous P&P's the skin is very smooth. It feels nice, it just doesn't look so great. but, this is only day 5 and I am quite hopeful that after 6-8 weeks I will see a bit less red.
Cutting out the alcohol seems to have worked well.
Perhaps finding a way to moisturise my skin without it flaring...

Hi,
I'm new too. I live in Belgium and was looking for people to talk to but the french blogs aren't helping at all. So excuse me if I make mistakes in English as it is not my mother tongue. :P

I discovered I suffer of Rosacea in April. I thought I had an allergy. I didn't know this disease existed.
I have spots - my skin is red on the cheeks, the noze, the forehead and the chin. I look like a mix between Rudolph and a doll. I have small red lines on the sides of the noze (blood vesels).

The cream Rosex helps a lot for the spots. I put it every evening before going to bed but if I forget it, the next morning I look like a teenager (I'm 37 years old). Useless to tell you I only forgot it once and it will never happen again. (:|
I don't react much to food - except spicy food - my skin...
